Jam-packed January

Just back from a nice wee trip down to the South Island with my Mum! She came to Auckland for a few days and then we headed down together to see her family in Queenstown and to stay a few nights in Wanaka. It was funny being with her and being in a place that can so often look like home... Reassuring to know I didn't want to just hop on the first plane back (even with great blogposts like this from Nigel about our great Caledonia) but good to hear a bit of what is going on back in Bonnie Scotland. There are bits of the South Island where it feels like you're just driving through the Highlands...and then there are lakes lake this one - Pukaki, the colour of a some sort of turquoise paradise. Amazing.

January has been pretty packed full of mainly immigration stuff (a big point for prayer) and preparing lots of things for the year to come. We've seen some incredible answers to prayer already and a real sense of God's leading in various ventures to come. Exciting!

It is going to be a busy few weeks coming up as I head off to Parachute this morning to man the TSCF stand and then straight on to Staff and Families Conference. Prayers for energy and grace much appreciated!
